The room included complementary bottled water every day. The room had a coffee maker plus a kettle and fridge.

really good stay
champagne option rooftop patio easy access
The breakfast buffet had a champagne option, which i thought was very nice. The rooftop patio offered AMAZING views. I really enjoyed that. the hotel is close to lots of places i wanted to visit. It made getting around very EASY.
i did notice that the gym did not have sufficient cups available near the water cooler, a little inconvenient.

poor food quality stale bread
the location was acceptable, close to many attractions.
The room service was a real letdown. I ordered a club sandwich one evening and it tasted stale. the bread was hard, and the chicken was dry. i'm not sure why the food quality was so poor, especially for the price.

cute staff super clean room delicious food
I enjoyed the cute staff. The rooms are beautiful and super clean. They offer everything you need for a relaxing stay. I also had a yummy dinner at Bistro4, the food was delicious and great value.
I noticed a bit of wear on the furniture. It's minor, but it's there.

My room included a king-size bed with soft linens and a selection of pillows. There was a spacious work desk with accessible power outlets, very useful. The bathroom features two sinks, and a rainfall shower.

The breakfast was superb! The variety of options was AMAZING!!! The rooftop jacuzzi with live music on Friday evening was also very special. I loved it!
The gym had no water in the water cooler one day. The next day there were no cups. I also noticed they skipped the water bottle one day.

A Decent Stay
fresh food attentive staff water cooler inconsistent service
The breakfast was excellent. I found fresh food and many options were available. The staff was great. Carlotta provided recommendations and ideas for our plans.
I noticed some issues . The gym lacked water in the cooler one day and cups the next day. Room service was inconsistent. They sometimes skipped water bottle refills.
